Can I hook Alpine MRP-M450 amplifier to my mids?

I had it hooked to my subs but i got a bigger amp for them and now I would like to hook the Alpine to my mids and not sure if it is ok to do so. I don't know if this amp is only for low signal or will it work for whatever you hook it to. I'm not illiterate to this just not sure about this amp. Thanks
