The quote is that you don't realize how deep love is until your apart. I think she likes you, but maybe she's a little selfish. I would take it slow with her. Don't let your guard down. It would be awful to let yourself go and deeply care for her, only to find out it was just fun for her. Did she really have have a headache? That's one of the main excuses ladies give. Think about it, if you had a headache and a stomach, would you go on a date? Most likely not. So, lets make sure she's genuine first. I wouldn't go too out of my way for her.
