When people blame President Bush for the economic woes how do they explain that it is world wide and not just?

in the US, further have they forgotten the expense of 9/11, multiple hurricanes, fires, tornadoes, and other natural disasters that required Federal Disaster Declarations and the expenditure of Billions that other wise would not have been spent, when you look at the expense of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars they are minute compared to the disaster declarations that the President had no Control over, stop and think people before you vote in a marxist, socialist as your next President?
