How do I delete myself from a yahoo group if my id has been deleted because of inactivity?

I was the moderator for an old yahoo group and had the messages sent to my secondary email acct. I didn't log in for quite a long time, so my id was deleted. I still get emails (calendar reminders) to my secondary email, but I want to sign in as a mod and delete the inactive group, which I cannot do because the id was removed.... Any advise??
