Whats up with the Iraqi Dinar?

In 2003 the New Iraqi Dinar was printed for the Country of Iraq. As of this date the dinar (IQD) is not tradeable internationally. People have been buying the Iraqi dinar in hopes that it will be made tradeable to the world and at a rate higher than 1 USD = 1170 IQD that it is right now (cbi.iq).
