Am I considered a "ual predactor"?

i live in the state of Illinois, im 17 years of age and my girl is 15 years old, we are speerated by 1 year and about 10 months.. their hasnt been any between us, but we want to. she wants to get pragnant by next year but i tell her that isnt a great idea because we first need to get started on our careers so we just worry about the kids and not about paying bills and w.e and to be honest she is my world, i love her very much and i will never try to do her wrong, she is my everything and i hope one day i could get to marry her and she could be the mother of my kids.. but if i had with her right now, would i be considered a ual predator.?
