The best way to lose weight is a combination of diet and exercise. Eat lean protein, vegetables and fruit. Cut out sugar, alcohol, soda and all pre-packaged food. For exercise, do a combination of strength exercises (squats, push ups, step ups, lunges, pull ups, planks, etc) with interval training (sprint 1 minute and rest for 2 minutes for a total of at least 20 minutes).
