Been having chronic lower back pain for a year mri's negative, on sooo many drugs for pain can anyone help?

had chronic lowerback pain for a year,mri shows nothing and bloods are clear, on lots of pain releif and nerve pills,which makes me a zoombie? makes my dental nursing difficult!! very frustrated as feel im not getting anywhere! any advise muchly appreciated thanks mel.
