What should i do? (guys and girls)?

So theres this girl that used to like me and i used to like her and i asked her out but she said that bc we dont really talk alot in person (we always talk a lot on fb but shes always in a group of like 10 girls at recess, were in grade 8) then she didnt want to go out with me and then i liked her friend and we went out but we just broke up bc her dad said no boyfriends, and i still like her so me and my friend think me and that girl should go out and not tell her rents but idk if she would want to, and i also still like the other girl but she likes someone else but she always kinda looks at me when were hanging out and i think she likes me. so what should i do?
