Toshiba Woes, PLEASE, Help me!!?

I have a Toshiba Porteg� m400 that I've had pretty much problem free for a while now. Now I'm starting to have issues with it, first being it always freezing when using Cricket broadband this is becoming a big pain in the for me, each times it does this I have to restart the computer. (mouse pointer never freezes when this happens) I'm also having trouble with my Cricket broadband which keeps disconnecting, I've called Cricket and went to the store. They've offered absolutely no help, the customer service mentioned something about mirrors interfering with the service. Has anyone ever heard of that before? Less important issue is when I type the letters take a while to appear. This just happened letters on internet are giant and I went to control panel and set them to small, but internet shows the same thing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.
