How can I get in touch with an actual yahoo moderator?

the link to download the new yahoo IM(ymsgr8us.exe) keeps disconnecting the download after 4% completion! (but you'll be happy to know that the adds are working fine. :p ) I need an actual yahoo rep. to email me the files in a zip version if possable.
