Does Honest Hearts Let You Beat Fallout New Vegas?

I just got Honest Hearts and I beat it and I am thinking of beating the game to see if Honest Hearts lets you finish the story but I do not really want to do the Hoover Dam battle over again if it doesnt even let you beat the game so does it let you?
