Car Crash not my fault?

I Was driving down a 60Mph national speed limit zone at around 50mph at roughly 9am, when suddenly with no lights or indication from a layby on the left, a girl pulled out onto the road very quickly covering all / the majority of this road (not being rather large but not small). I dont know why she pulled out but based on where she was parked (on two very large pot holes) i believe she revved too much to get out and therefore burst onto the road. As i was roughly 6 or 7 metres away from her when she pulled out and the road conditions were..damp i suppose i had a choice of either hit into her, possibly seriously damaging herself and her car or drive my car of the road, i drove it off the road onto a green, it went into a ditch and rolled and flipped. My car is now written off and there werent any impartial witnesses (that werent in my car ( i had 3 pengers)). I didnt skid on the road and I wasn't speeding I know. I didnt touch her car but i Have to go through all the stress and pain of it.. What am i entitled to money wise? or on health claims, because I am a 17 year old young driver and my insurance will increase severely for this even though it wasnt my fault. thanks
